The problem with this indoor cycling video is that every time a hill is approached there is a change in scenery (to birds, sealife, etc.). There are some long downhill jaunts, but whoever edited this video edited out all of the climbs. There is frequently a sense of a hill approaching ahead and the suddenly, you are at the top of the hill. I would recommend this video for simulated downhill skiing.

I used these when they were VHS format - am very excited that they are available now in DVD format. They are great for keeping up your interest when using exercise machines. Perfect for cycling, treadmill, elliptical etc. Love the scenery. Never gets tiring or old. Makes me wish I could be in these places "in person". But this is the next best thing.

I'm an avid cyclist indoors and out and the first place I thought of going was the route 1 California Coast. I wasn't disappointed either. Great for a rainy or bad-weather day when working out inside. What's nice is not only do you get coastal areas but you also ride through towns and other areas that you wouldn't expect were close to the coast. I appreciate the lack of graphics, pop-ups and other "riders" on the video in front of my views too. It's a great ride and I recommend it to cyclists who like a nice winter workout. I actually got the original 2006 version and when it was updated early this year, I got the new one, and it's even better then the first.

Paradise.. I can excercise in my home - on my own time - see exotic foreign places and listen to really good music at the same time. Bike-o-vision has answered my prayers- Its really reasonably priced and satisfies me physically and emotionally. A wonderful way to excercise-Thank you Bike-o-vision!
