Do you really need to be coaxed into purchasing Creedance Clearwater?? LOL... This one is an awesome CD. I just received it two days ago, as a replacement to the cassette I'd been listening to for years... (yep, I did say "cassette" - remember those?? lol!)) So if I've bought it twice - you know it must be GREAT! :)

This album has all their best hits including "Heard it through the grapevine", "Born on the Bayou", and "Midnight Special", all of which are included in the CCR Mix which is track 19 and is of course great considering it is composed of 8 CCR Classics. Those that are cut off on the product description section are "I heard it through the grapevine", "The Midnight Special", "Hey Tonight", and, finally, "Up around the Bend". So, in all, there are 21 great CCR hits included on this lengthy CD. It is great to listen wherever and has a lot of songs so you will not get bored.

No one can tell us what the best is. However with the volume in this collection you will be hard pressed not to find your favorite.
Creedence Clearwater Revival produces sounds that permeated the many movies from the 60's on. It is almost a game to figure out how many movies used their music. You know the image for Suzy Q (hint: Apocalypse Now). But do your remember "Bad Moon Rising" from "Werewolf in London?" I leave the others for you to discover.
For me thought each song brings up actual places I have been. If you are new to Creedence you have a treat coming to you, as they are as unique now as when they recorded the music. Their songs are also great to listen to while driving. Start your own revival.

you know...this is a great album. i really miss these guys. "have you ever seen the rain" is one of my favorite songs. and they have more of the best all over this cd. do yourself a favor and pick it up. you'll get a lesson if you don't know them and if you love them, you'll have a damn good time.

I Like Creedence Clearwater Revival. They Are A Good Band From The Late 60's & On Thru The Early 70's, & If You Want A Collection Of This Band With Only One Disc, THIS IS IT!!! I Love This Collection, But I STILL Consider You Upgrading Your C.C.R. Collection & Buy Chronicles: Volumes 1 & 2 (Both Have 20 Songs)! Otherwise, If Your Just Getting Into C.C.R., I Recommend You Buy Creedence Clearwater Gold Volumes 1 & 2, Otherwise Called As "Creedence Clearwater Gold" & "More Creedence Clearwater Gold"!
