Editorial Review:
Amazon.com: As long as there are bands like NoFX, punk rock needn't worry about requiring life support. Ten years into a remarkable run of smart, snotty, cynical, hopeful, and always in-your-face-albums, Fat Mike and his crew still maintain a winning percentage to rival the Harlem Globetrotters'. Snippets of ska and outright pop enter the mix here and there on this eighth full-length release, but whatever the sound, the mood is as thoroughly smart-ass as ever. More often than not, NoFX's barbs are directed inward--as you might expect from a band with a concert disc entitled I Heard They Suck Live. That giddily defeatist mood is captured perfectly on lunatic sneerfests like "It's My Job to Keep Punk Rock Elite" and "All Outta Angst." --David Sprague

I got into NOFX through "Pump up the Valuum" but I would definitely say that this is definitely their best album, at least in my opinion. I always find myself singing along to this one, and I feel this album probably flows the best out of all of their library. I will admit this one and Punk in Drublic are neck and neck though. So, if you are thinking about checking out NOFX, this album or Punk in Drublic are both good starter choices.

...for me at least. i can always go back to this album when i get bored of what im listening to. i've owned this cd since 1999 when i discovered NOFX. i like it better the punk in drublic. if you have never listen to nofx before i suggest getting this cd first and going from there.

This little punk album is actually one of NOFX's best albums but there are a bunch just as good. The cool thing about this cd is that it doesnt seem like they were trying to put together a great album considering it took less than 3 days to put it together and record and most of the songs are only around 2 minutes long. This album literally flies by making you wish that there were more tracks... and that is definately a good thing. There is almost no filler like on some of their albums and my favorite songs are 180 Degrees, Quart In Session, Dad's Bad News, All Outta Angst, I'm Telling Tim, All His Suits Are Torn, The Desperation's Gone, It's My Job To... & the short but sweet Murder The Government. NOFX lays down some of their catchiest songs ever here for instance 180 Degrees is my favorite song by them to date so if you are a slight fan of the band do not hesitate to pick this up.

Well, yesterday, I had went CD hunting at FYE. I was looking for cheaper stuff, though, because...well...me and my family ain't too terribly rich. I saw this CD on sale for 10 bucks. I already owned their compilation and I really liked it. My favorite song on the comp was on this one, so I picked it up. It was well worth my ten dollars, let me tell ya'. Guess I'll do a song-by-song review now. Woot!
It's My Job To Keep Punk Rock Elite - 8/10
Kind of bratty, but that's the fun of NOFX, isn't it?
Kids of the K-Hole - 10/10
One of my favorites on the album. I loved it when I heard it on one of the Punk-O-Rama CDs, so I was quite happy this was on here.
Murder The Government - 9/10
45 seconds of pure punk rock awesomeness! I like the Greatest Hits version better, though.
Monosyllabic Girl - 7/10
A very fun song to listen to, though not one of their best.
180 Degrees 10/10
This is my favorite NOFX song. I love the way it's structured. It goes from a hardcore punk sound, to a nice ska sound, to a great pop-punk sound. Plus, it's a great sing-along track.
All His Suits Are Torn - 6/10
It kinda bores me, but it's not a bad song.
All Outta Angst - 10/10
This was my other favorite on the compilation. I love ska music, so I loved this song.
I'm Telling Tim - 8/10
Awesome song, but who the hell is Tim?
